There have been times I didn't want to continue my journaling because Father or Holy Spirit says or shows me something that doesn't make sense immediately, then He revisits the context later and there is some treasure, usually in understanding Him more, that unfolds in another visit. Before having access to this community, I had no one human I could talk with about it. So in my discomfort with something unexpected, I hindered further communication that would have made it clearer at the time. Of course, that was me, worrying that it wasn't Him and I would take a very long break from journaling. The breakthrough came in my first week here. In John 6 Jesus talked of people eating His flesh and drinking His blood. That could be weird if you had no reference for it. With this message, people were leaving Jesus just like I was leaving my journaling. I'm learning here that I don't have to have full understanding when the message comes. The Creator and Redeemer loves the process. It is His glory to conceal a matter and the glory of kings to reveal a matter. It was through the safety of this community that the breakthrough came.
